PACE Publishes Language Study

Philanthropy for Active Civic Engagement, or PACE as it is commonly known, has released a research study on the language used in civic engagement.

The study was based on both focus groups and quantitative surveys and covers individuals’ reactions to individual words as well as key themes and phrases.  The report summarizing the study also contains a list of key questions for further discussion.
