Chicago Project Partner Releases Special Edition of Austin Weekly News

On February 5, The Austin Weekly News, which serves Chicago’s West Side neighborhoods, published a special election issue in partnership with City Bureau, a grassroots journalism non-profit that was also a partner in the Chicago municipal election project.

The special election issue, which resulted from a process broadly similar to the one used to generate Ballotpedia’s electoral content, is in essence a guide to the upcoming aldermanic and mayoral elections.  The free edition is available in both online and print editions.
